I’ve had KLEBS over twice now to do work and both times they encountered unexpected problems. I was sweating that my bill was going to explode as they were trouble-shooting for a long time. Both times, they were able to fix what was wrong and honorably charged me what they had originally quoted. Nothing is cheap in Alaska and great customer service is hard to find. My wife and I were really pleased that they “ate” the extra time and charged us more than a fair price for their service. Get the Star Service Plan (now “KLEBS Care”) is my recommendation. We’ll use KLEBS for anything plumbing or heating related and will recommend them to our friends.
Our family was out of state and had a house sitter watching our place. She called over the weekend and said the house was about 50 degrees (in February). We called KLEBS immediately because 2 years ago the same thing happened and they were immediate in response. Within one hour they came to the house, checked everything out, and got the heat back on that afternoon. We scheduled a maintenance service on our boiler system and they cleaned and replaced anything that needed it. We now have comfort knowing everything is done right!
