We will meet with you and your team to discuss the conceptual project and the owner’s intent and needs as soon as possible during the planning stages of the project.  Initial conceptual budgets are assembled, and a design and engineering team is implemented.

Our competition frequently subcontracts many of these other trades and components.  This translates to unforeseen costs, system flaws and “bias” in system selections, and important constructability feedback left out in the preconstruction and design-build process.
