Customer Service Representative

KLEBS Mechanical has an opening for a Customer Service Representative (CSR). The CSR is accountable for being the voice of KLEBS Mechanical by answering phones, talking with customers and potential clients and assisting them, scheduling the appropriate crews for installation and service calls, and maintaining contact with staff in the field.

A summary of duties include:

  • Coordinating response to dispatch requests for service and install customers.
  • Communicating clearly with customers and potential clients.
  • Notating client calls and issues clearly on work orders and to technicians.
  • Responding, coordinating and scheduling the appropriate technician or installers for residential customer requests.
  • Data entry and coordination with staff accountant for collection of residential invoices.
  • Coordinating the available manpower to fill service and install requests.
  • Coordinate with accounting on collection of service and invoice information from customers and technicians.
  • Maintaining the flow of communication between field personnel and on-site staff
  • Forward customer problems to the appropriate supervisor or manager
  • Processing of invoicing for payment
  • Conduct marketing of planned service agreements and calling or mailing of PSA customers to schedule appointments
  • Answering phones and directing calls for entire company
  • Greeting customers and clients at main office and assisting them with company business
  • Ensuring computerized customer records are up-to-date.
  • Filing of invoices/statements/payment remittance documents

Must have a valid driver’s license, HS Diploma or GED, a fantastic enthusiasm for answering and making phone calls, and assisting potential customers. Need to be able to bend and lift up to 40 lbs.

Salary: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
