The building is a 97,200-square-foot multi-use, three-story building. The top floor is dedicated to office and retail space. The lower floor is a climate controlled, state-of-the-art mini-storage facility. Klebs served as a design consultant, working as a team to enhance the original design to best meet the needs of the client.
