This was a five-tier parking garage containing 490 parking spaces within 172,500 square feet. Commons areas include a lobby, elevator and stairway. Mechanical scope of work included installation of heated concrete for the garage ramps, storm drainage systems, heating for the lobbies, and ventilation for the boiler room and elevator. The parking garage was required to accommodate future planned growth for a three-story medical office building.
