New 15-Story Office Building

Anchorage, Alaska

This project was for a 15-story building with a total of 285,000 square feet. The first level will be used as retail spaces and parking. Levels 2, 3, 4 will be parking. Levels 5 through 15 will be retail office space. Our scope of work included providing ventilation to the stairwells, electrical rooms, mechanical room, generator room, and restroom exhaust for all levels. We also installed air handling units and duct in the level 5 through 15 office fan rooms.
