Personnel organization provides superior environment for successful projects

A good example of our efficient culture is evident at the Kendall Toyota Auto Mall project for Ken Brady Construction Company. KLEBS had just completed a string of successful projects with Ken Brady Construction, including Wal-Mart and State Office Building remodel projects. In fall of 2010, KLEBS was chosen as the plumbing and mechanical consulting firm for the design/build CM/GC contract that Ken Brady was beginning with Kendall Auto Group. Our commitment to the Kendall project proved pivotal to its success as we worked with the Ken Brady’s design team, architects, engineers, subcontractors and most importantly, the building owner, to find solutions to building design problems, equipment expectations and pricing constraints. The project was completed on time and within budget. The facility is the most advanced, state of the art car sales facility in the state. KLEBS is very proud to have been a part of its success.
